So how the heck would a RS date of the 6th work with this converting 10 days later and the conversion being lowest bid of the preceding 10 trading days to conversion?

That would mean the PPS would be at post RS PPS but the lowest of the previous 10 trading days would include PRE RS PPS?

That doesn't make sense at all, Id say they pay this one off to avoid the complications.
