Nope, they've gone through FCC approval...passed all FCC required testing, ALL ON SOMEONE ELSE'S DIME - we're not paying for the development of a prototype, believe me, it's all in those FCC files.
I am telling you the FCC is a cakewalk. They are using frequencies and power wattage components that are already in use so all they had to do was get off the shelf equipment and piece together a prototype. FDA is not so much. This is a class II device and there are already well established companies that are already in the FDA approval process.
Answer me this. When is SUGO getting a ticker and name change with FINRA?
From FINRA FAQ's
The company needs to complete the Issuer Company-Related Action Notification Form and submit to FINRA no later than 10 calendar days prior to the record date of the corporate action.
Seems like they have completed this action with the NV SOS but not FINRA.
