Worst case scenario, you're right about requiring FDA approval before bringing Vitall to the market. Per http://www.emergogroup.com/resources/research/fda-510k-review-times-research , it would take Vitall/SUGO approximately 160 days or so to get FDA approval for their WORKING medical device.

You think they'd go public if they weren't close to getting this approval? You think they've been waiting to go public before applying for 510K? LOL. No, if this was a stock printing scheme, they'd drag this out and tell us they're still in pre-production. Nope, they've gone through FCC approval...passed all FCC required testing, ALL ON SOMEONE ELSE'S DIME - we're not paying for the development of a prototype, believe me, it's all in those FCC files.

You think they'd make the following statement: "We are extremely excited with the upcoming release of our state-of-the-art remote monitoring and telemedicine devices. Our Vitall device is unique in that it is a self-contained cellphone which in addition provides numerous health monitoring components." if they weren't darn close to bringing Vitall to the market?

This isn't a drug that takes YEARS - Phase 1s, Phase 2s, and Phase 3s before getting approval from the FDA. Approval for medical devices come quick! This device is coming soon to the market. Wait for it!
