You do IR for companies and post on ihub and other message boards? Is this how you do IR?

In a perfect world I believe investors should get all legal information. I think true pump and dumpers and short and distorters should be eliminated. This is not a perfect world. ihub is a private site and they are making their own rules.

Actually RB and Yahoo may be sued soon by some freedom of speech activists. They believe that there is a conflict of interest with RB/Yahoo and the public companies. Yahoo takes money from businesses to be in their search engines. RB is Lycos with deals with jagfn and other such companies. They may be sued as they discriminate in their TOS enforcement. Some posters are tos'd for posting non tos posts. Others post tos posts and never get tos'd. ihub is just trying to pass the tos buck to the chairmen. It doesn't work that way.

In regard to sevu I think investors hsould have had the chance to see the information. I posted about tmotq going chapter 7 on the message board. Pumper jmhollen said it was a lie and people should buy more. I knew they went BK but hte company didn't file an 8k about it. They stopped filing. jmhollen is telling everyone millionaire wrestlers are coming to bail them out then it was a shell play. "We will all be godzillionaires!!!" Guess who controls the tmot boards and deleted my posts about it? jmhollen. That is wrong. He helped ripped people off. The chairman of the board concept and rules and regulations helped jmhollen rip people off. I was able to notify people on RB and Yahoo at least. People thanked me.
