that's why you have read the entire S1 plus other filings...Lol...

I agree about the toxic Financing, but they will not dilute 35 Billions below .001 in just a month or so...

I already read the entire S1 and other filings + the Forms 4 yesterday, and i'm satisfied with what i've seen for the moment...

Seen some posts lately talking other tosic notes that were already paid...

Btw 35% discount is already much better than Asher with his 50 to 60%, mostly when the PPS is in the trips...
