Even though you fully understood why Merritt's tax sale occurred you found fault with it and tried to start pizzing matches over something that was a non event. Plane dumb. You also pointed out a small institutional sale while in fact institutional holdings were increasing. Another dumb thing.

In this situation I would say yes as I think it's an indicator. As you should know when the company announced the first 100 million dollar buyback the stock fell in price and while many thought the company was buying I afforded I felt the company had bought no shares thus the price drop. Merritt or Fagan on the CC stated the buyback started in April which to me indicated the company couldn't buy knowing the Nokia deal would be announced soon.

With the stock dropping $1.15 yesterday once again tells me the company isn't purchasing shares so again I'm in the opinion another material event is about to take place and knowing Samsung has agreed to take the same rate as Nokia I think we will see that deal soon.
