Way too much $ behind this for it go just go away. And you don't truly believe this should be considered a shell simply because the filings aren't filed yet, right?
If Torrent suddenly didn't follow through with the stated role, then it undermines Southcorp's backing of Nate's. I don't see how TREN not seeing some major updates in filings is even remotely financially beneficial to anyone involved.
