Good, just meant to clarify there is new class of common stock to be issued, strike prices are for new class, only worth that the current commons have is the right to get a warrant, the value of which has yet to be determined. Could be .50, or 1.50, or 3 ... im not a banker nor am I close to the deal. Make the trade and move on, imo :)
