Let me provide an add on to that ...... I once worked for a guy who informed me that any advances to our organization would be "slow and gradual". He was of that opinion by adopting such a strategy he would ensure there was not too much "hoopla and spotlighting" (i.e. jealousy and backstabbing by our sister organizations).

He was a liar who never intended to make any changes, he preferred a personally comfortable and non-eventful existence rather than the alternative. In that manner he would hold on to his "power" and his salary.

I was lucky enough to leap-frog him after a short period and moved forward to make the changes necessary to succeed. There was a lot of "hoop-la and spotlighting" and after 10 years I was finally ousted. Nonetheless, the organization was much stronger and successful upon my departure.

In my mind Steipp and his crew are similar to my fellow (who by the way has found his way to other personal successes by "not rocking any boats"). God bless the poor souls who have had to live under his do nothing policies.

I hope and pray that someone like Hauck (have we given up on him ?) will leap frog Steipp and his comfortable "do nothings" and get this LQMT company on to better days.
