How could Catepillar not want to finance this company? Graphene is the next Technological advancement and will be EPIC in the technology world, maybe one of the greatest advances in technology ever...
I'm ALL OVER this stock, the potential upside here is unlimited! A business as established as Cat doesn't throw money at just any old mining operation!
The article below was released yesterday.

Focus Graphite (OTCQX:FCSMF) just reported its 2014 financials (period ended 9/30/2014) (available on Sedar). The company's C$6.2 million loss was lower than last years as the company's compensation expenses fell. The company also reported a slightly negative working capital position, although it issued shares shortly after the quarter ended which gives it sufficient working capital for now.
Focus Graphite has been moving its Lac Knife Project forward through community relations efforts and financing efforts. The former will be key so that there are no objections from First Nations upon construction of the mine. The latter is probably the key hurdle that the company faces. It has fairly lofty capex needs at C$165 million, although from a USD perspective this has been coming down considerably given CADUSD weakness. The company is in talks with Cat Financial for some equipment financing and it hopes to get some financing from Quebec from its Plan Nord Program aimed at financing mining projects.
The Lac Knife Project's advanced state, its high grade resource, and its strategic location in a mining region suggest to me that this project has a relatively high chance of moving forward to production, although until we actually see financing this is a speculative stock.
Until we see financing shareholders are at risk of bearish price action generated by investor apathy and shareholder dilution, but this could create a considerable opportunity. However, conservative investors are advised to wait until we know exactly how the company's financing will be moving forward.
