People are trying to take a position here and there aren’t many shares available. Look for news in January-February or sooner. Focus owns some of the most viable property for large-flake graphite in the world outside of China. At .40 per share, the market cap is still only $22 mil. The company’s graphite properties alone are worth well more than 30x that. This stock is tremendously under-valued.

Graphite/Lithium has been cooling off for awhile now.

I just saw a multi=page article in the L.A. Times about the pursuit of lithium to support auto batteries in which they're mining all over the world. It's my belief that graphene batteries are superior to lithium based batteries, but I'm no expert. Is any lithium used in a graphene battery?
I don't know that we can achieve virtually editing atomic structures to create graphene, but if we could, we could either convert CO2 directly into graphene and oxygen, or be converted through photosynthesis to a plant form that can be converted to graphene. I don't know if this is possible, but if it were it could be the process that could end man made climate change as we turn a problem, CO2, into a solution, graphene and oxygen.
Of course without graphene, if we converted more CO2 into plant life we wouldn't need to find other ways of getting rid of CO2. I believe our oceans provide the greatest opportunities, the key is getting the nutrients which are 400 feet below the surface to the surface where photosynthesis can occur. Something like 75% of the worlds oceans are void of life at the surface.

After looking at the company I did decide to take a small position. I like the way their aligned with a graphene developer and their capability of supplying high quality graphite to them, and other users.
Besides graphene, I believe that carbon nanotubes will be the next big development, and those already in graphene are most likely to also get into the nanotubes. Both technologies offer tremendous growth potential.
I cannot say if this, or any particular company may align with Tesla, or any other car maker in the development of graphene based batteries, but from what I've read, it's capacity and fast charging capability should make them the replacement for lithium based batteries in the not too distant future. I believe there are many other applications, but car batteries should demand a lot of material and be quite lucrative to those who become the major suppliers.

Someone suggested that I look at Focus Graphite when we were discussing graphene. I see where the company has a relationship with a company working with graphene but it's not clear to me if they have an equity interest in that company. Does anyone here know.
Also, are they by chance also working with carbon nanotubes. I believe that both graphene and carbon nanotubes have tremendous growth potential and can be used in many applications, both have tremendous strength.
It's my understanding that Tesla is considering graphene based batteries for their cars, they would charge dramatically faster and provide greater range. Anyone know about other carmakers considering this approach.
Thanks,
Gary
Ready to ride the graphite wave!. I have a good feeling this is going to be a big player in the EV world and Graphene world industry.
They are apart of National Alliance for Technology Battery’s, basically forming a conglomerate of EV companies in Canada
Life changing stock. Get on now.
Can you please explain why?

Anybody has a guess when the RTO will be completed ? Stria has been halted going on 3 months. A more comprehensive news release was to be issued by Stria in the "near future" disclosing details of the Acquisition but that was also about 3 months ago. I guess near future can mean anything..
Lithium is a rare earth that is in short supply. If the EV revolution is happening there will not be enough lithium to satisfy demand. That's why this play is about graphene and high flake graphite.
Graphene will be the new lithium in ION batteries moving forward.
I loaded the boat at .01.
This is my retirement. My lithium stock was a no brainer and it exploded. Lithium needs graphite and this is a no brainer. I’ve been watching this stock for years. It’s time.
Quiet in here, i expect that will change as this thing moves up.in at 3 cents.

This company will be bought out or merge with another company in the near future. They own the largest and highest quality graphite deposit in the world outside of China. This is a no brainer at this price with exponential upside potential.

The company has commenced a search for a new President and CEO
So there's news tonight for FCSMF. Don't know if there'll be volume tomorrow, but I'm watching and might go in if there is.
Now..after showing what it looks like when people troll..i will say good luck to you and everyone invested here..to want people to lose their money is just stupid..especially right now.I hope things turn around and you make some money..I believe in graphite as well..just not invested in it atm..gold and silver jrs atm ..some bio..and of course nano.
My last post here.
Your going to get people way to far to each side..how many people do you know though who troll their own investment..if I was invested in this stock and lost .28 a share from the high..should I then troll this stock ?
Most of us have skin in this game. When there’s a new guy that shows up and acts like it’s the best thing since sliced bread that’s where there’s a proble. The ones saying 5$. Stay modest and cut the bull.
Steve has to come clean and be more transparent on state of affairs.
And this investment isn't.. look at the SP man...if thats all you compare it with
It's a free world to say anything right ? There is nothing wrong with being critical of a company but when it's done in a matter that is pure BS day in day out by people not even invested then it is pure trolling or someone is getting paid
How does it look when we play along stevies game? It’s been shady since the beginning
See it's easy to be critical of a stock you dont own..quite frankly I could care less about this stock but this is how it looks when people play your game.
But Did I ask for your opinion?
Hes mocking it because it's in the toilet.
Really ? Go ahead.
Hey..how's this dumpster fire doing..all time low I see..sny pencils for sale ?
OTTAWA & SINGAPORE – 18 September 2018 — Grafoid Inc. (“GRAFOID”) is pleased to announce the strategic partnership with Liquinex, a company specializing in waste water engineering needs, to provide commercial scale water treatment solutions using Grafoid’s innovative MESOGRAF™ graphene- based filtration technology.
The increasing demand for clean drinking water, rising scarcity of water resources, rapid industrialization, and increasing construction activities represent real-world factors that necessitate the need for scalable water treatment solutions around the globe.
Compounded by other factors, such as the increased support from government regarding treatment and proper disposal of water, the global market for water treatment solutions is expected to grow at an annual compounded growth rate of 7.4% from 2017 to 20271.
GPURE’s Graphenegraphene- based filtration products are readily scalable to meet these commercial demands making them ideal for industrial level, niche applications such as the concentration of beverages, treatment of crude oil/water mixtures, biofuel and industrial wastewater treatments where reverse osmosis (RO) is not suitable due to the fouling tendencies when concentrated liquids are purged through RO cartridges.
Conventional filtering materials (e.g. activated carbon, zeolites, flocculants etc.,) have certain limitations of pH-sensitivity, poor efficiency and recoverability to treat a mixture of wide variety of contaminants present in the wastewater. In contrast, MESOGRAF™ graphene, being a 2D-material with high surface-area and functional-group tunability, exhibits outstanding adsorption and recyclability capabilities for a wide variety of contaminants.
Dr. Kiran Manga, Grafoid’s Engineering Manager states: “Our MESOGRAF™ surface engineered graphene derivatives have been successfully deployed to meet the specific requirements (e.g. removal of organic dyes from textile and leather industries, phenols and heavy metal ions from ore-processing industry etc.) of our industrial clients. Our GPURE technologies are able to remove up to 99.8% phenol contaminants, 99% dye removal from real-time industrial wastewater samples at neutral pH and room temperature.”
Bashir Ahmad, CEO of Liquinex Group Pte Ltd. confirmed the significance of the strategic partnership with Grafoid as a critical component to a successful roll-out by commenting, “Effective water treatment solutions require strong partnerships and alignment between both public sector, such as IPI Singapore, and private organizations to implement broad based adoption of innovative technologies – such as Grafoid – will be critical. We are empowered by this partnership with Grafoid and foresee tremendous potential.”
Gary Economo, CEO of Grafoid acknowledged the potential global impact of the partnership with Liquinex, observing that, “We know that water is an integral part of many industrial processes and increasing demand for water for industrial uses will result from increasing economic activity. We believe that our GPURE technology can play a critical role in securing the future of water treatment around the globe. ”
Liquinex and Grafoid will present their innovative water treatment solutions at TechInnovation 2018, Halls A & B, booth A6 at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore from 18 to 19 September 2018. TechInnovation is a leading industry-technology matching event organized by IPI.
