The biggest concern right now is ERHC retaining the Kenyan asset and being in the game at the time the well is spudded to be afforded the opportunity to see the dice rolled at 25 % odds !

I repeat again and will keep on repeating but Mr. Ntephe has not presented the plan as to how this is going to be done !
