At least one thing about this facility is true...The more than a few millie has been spent on it correct? Logic states that this was not a game or scheme...real money and risk has been expended. Now can HC skew SPI and its shareholders? - Yep. Such is the gamble we have chosen. The bet is that they wont. There is no real timetable on a beauracracy..
