Energizer should consider placing its electrical grade vanadium mine into operation - but at a much lower rate than originally considered. Such should increase interest in the company.
In other words do as American Vanadium and have either a solar or a wind farm to provide a portion of the energy for site facilities along with a Vanadium Redox Battery to store the power produced.
The solar or wind farms should be leased and the VRB at Energizer's cost. In addition CellCube might join by providing it's expertise in VRB's and later consider Energizer as a future distributor of its products.
