As usual your premise is not based on facts . GTATQ asset value is more than just a warehouse full of furnaces. There is no need to 'wipe out the commons '.and it won't happen. There is no insolvency issue ,where commons need to be sold to pay off creditors. We've been over this a million times . Chap 11 was filed to get out of the onerous and debilitating contract with Apple. Mission accomplished. Blue skies ahead.
