OT: RE: Sigma Designs 1999 Agreement with Wave
Macro-Musings about the agreement with SIGM.
Having done research in Sigm for the last few years it seems that they have a strong position in IPTV, HD-DVD products that are soon to be populating this expanding market.
If wave works with sigm and sigma is going to be a player in the iptv and hd-dvd markets, is this the way that wavx is going to be a part of the upcoming hd/iptv revolution?
Have we neglected to see this dot in the context of broadband internet protocol management?
Thomson's agreement with wavx in the past, also suggests that the Spragues have planted a flag years ago in this space. HD/IPTV will evolve over the next few years, right about the time that enterprise/government will be maturing.
Am I all wet?
Everything from broadband (hot!) to IPTV (simmering) to enterprise IT (heating up) seems to following a pre-determined path. Yikes, could it be a conspiracy or just really, really good planning?
