Why delete the post with the phone numbers, foul language etc...just set up your system to XXXXXXXX out the stuff but leave the message there for all to see and decide its' worthiness.
Why take away a message, just because someone does not properly express themself. Heck, not everyone has learned polish and such. They might even be having a bad hair day or fingernail day, their toast burnt, the waitress was too busy to give them their second cup of coffee before they left to pay to go to post here on the iHub threads<gg> or whatever.

The content or subject etc. in the post might be of importance or valid or invalid. Let everyone post there, why bother with another committee...sheesh...do you really want some more people to have power.

Give the poster the opportunity to edit the post using properness and expressing the content of post where it does not offend. Poster learns and so does iHub.
