I would add also that I just don't like to see a stock I'm in get beat up for no reason. The same people you speak of either repeat old news or don't give a real reason not to invest. That said 99.9% of penny's dilute and if you are overly negative it hurts there chance of success. Think about it, you have to convince people to invest in something that's not a sure thing or down the road. I will give one incite and that is if there is no excitement in a stock it will fail because no one wants to be the sacrificial lamb in the beginning so to speak. This is where people confuse pump and dumps with the real thing.
