just a note Focus owns 19% of Grafoid.

Grafoid has been making several acquisitions with their PP money.
An example is braille battery. they are supplying lithium ion batteries for race cars. Most new technologies start with the Racing platforms, military or sports world. They acquired a coveted battery maker. They are collaborating with rutgers university on polymers blends with Graphene. Just adding 2% or even less than 1% of graphene into a mix it exponentially increases the properties.

Who knows what their next acquisition will be. Soon enough Grafoid might be possibly showing revenue. They will list as soon as the market is ready and they present themselves to be attractive through revenue and real world applications.

Now When/if Grafoid lists. Focus owns 40 million worth of stock if Grafoid lists at 5$. So cashflow wont be a problem for along time.


It's very hard to read whats going on. They are working in facilities all over the world and running several companies together,

One thing is for sure they are not sleeping on this one.
