Question about "Cyber-Law"!

What is considered public?
Does something have to have a password to be none public?

(Answer is very simple...If your home's front door was unlocked. I walk in and decided to walk out with your television set...pleaded to the judge, "Your Honor, the front door was not locked, therefore it was public property!"

Would that be the same thing? You retrieved a private document in a private area of a website. Granted, we were wrong not having it password protected, but maybe, people should not enter into others private homes! Intentionally entering non-public area of a web-site and disclosing information, IN MY MIND, is not proper!

Why are you a Chairman?

Do you have any interest! You seem to hate promoters. Yet you insist on negative views. That seems to be an interest in the company!

Promoters gain by stock price increases and selling at higher prices.
Negative posters and bashers profit by shorting and covering at lower prices.
The world should be balanced, so both sides can be heard equally. Let people read and decide who is right, not self-proclaimed righteous bashers.

I am not claiming that InvestorsHub is a perfect forum of discussion, but I am sure and VERY CONFIDENT that Matt has come up with an amazing concept, and with time will dominate the message boards.

I will not get into a big discussion with you, but maybe, you should reflect your posts before you speak!
