You do realize that upon an acquisition - you would have to act fairly quickly.

Also, bid/ask spreads could be HUGE depending on demand or lack thereof...and there's the voting on corporate matters to consider

My concern would be if approval took longer than expected or something else pushes us deeper into 2017 - god only knows

Be aware that C's will likely get exercised and could produce $6.3 million for them to push them into 2017
