I also noticed that this balanced budget was very similar to the 2013 budget, just missing out on some revenues. Did a lot of DD last night into their financials and business practices. I feel like this company is pretty vulnerable to the markets it serves. The solar market never got back to its 2011-12 levels. I feel like this is the reason for employee retainers. If they can't get there ass back into a thriving market, they might not make it out of the BK. It's my opinion that this company NEEDs to grab a market by the balls and milk some money out of it. PoR needs to include some serious revenue streams or else we are going to be at the whim of valuations. GTAT defers a lot of its payments, and sometimes products they sell take years to get fully paid off. Anyway im rambling
