The question is why is the funding failing in the USA?

Is it the company structure which deters would be investors?
How are the voting rights structured?
Who monitors the spending?- $ 20 million has been invested - how much is left?
Can a working card be demonstrated?
If I were a major potential investor, they would be my first questions.
I think the existing pool of investors are beyond their threshold of patience and have no will or capacity to further fund the company... because there are only so many times you can hear " Be quick this is the last round of funding "
If there is a working card then finding the money should be a slam dunk.
