Pottsville,

Your comments are well intended however the reality as history has told us is that it shall fall on deaf ears.

With the R&D phase complete and as we have seen in recent days a video (Good bad or otherwise) of the prototype of a card being inserted into a machine, that a card does indeed exist and has all of us asking what comes next?

As you point out it does appear that the company has not been successful with obtaining sufficient funding with institutions in the USA. At least not on terms acceptable to SMME so it would seem?

What we do know is that most of the funding throughout the past decade plus has come from persons committed primarily in Australia via the private placement in conjunction with the Australian representative who I consider has worked tirelessly and who is determined to raise the further funds required.

At this juncture it is reasonable to conclude that unless management in the USA are prepared to give up a substantial slice of the action then it's unlikely the funds necessary to get cards produced will occur any time soon.

Assuming the above to be the case then its fair to conclude that in order to obtain sufficient funds necessary to do an initial run of X number of cards and to actively promote and market the SMME card and its technology to potential clients already in the pipeline that the company will need to call upon it's loyal group of investors mostly located in Australia to secure the final tranche of funding to get the conveyor belts rolling - so to speak.

In my opinion what appears to be required by SmartMetric at this time is large dollops of Good will being dished out on the part of those investors who have already loaded up in good faith to load up further if we all wish to realise our dreams.

The question each of us investors who wish to see SmartMetric succeed is whether we're prepared to invest further funds to get "product to market".

So whilst we wish to ask management the hard questions it would seem that we need to ask ourselves the harder question.

Are we willing to invest more or encourage our friends to invest to see the release of the SmartMetric payment and identity card(s)?

As I write this post this is the very question I am and have been asking myself this past week! I have more than enough shares I've gone past the point of doing this solely for myself but for the sake of many.
