I liked the fact that despite their claim of $78M of "assets", WNTR was unable to pay an invoice of $22K.

The "assets" are nowhere described in the financials. There are many kinds of assets.
Do they require maintenance costs ? Do their value fluctuate ? Do they bring interest ? Are they bitcoins in a bank vault ?

WNTR is awful vague about the nature of these cheaply acquired "assets".
