You and I know that. I have quite a few colleagues with $100M + enterprises, and pink sheet shells are never a conversation. I don't even think people even know what a pink sheet shell is.

I did look into the Institute of Charter Accountants in the UK, and did not find any firm with the name Mayer as a member firm.
