I got it figured out right after I posted...

I installed: Realtek RTL8111E LAN Driver V7.44.421.2011 for Windows 32/64bit 7.(WHQL)

And internet became active...I worked all day yesterday and just finished manually repopulating my entire HD from scratch...First, I got 173 Windows Updates...40 failed the first round...It took almost ten rounds to get all updates installed...Next, I started installing all my programs, then transferred all Folders to my spare third drive...I did this manually because my last cloning operation using XXClone was a bad one...Loading my spare drive, a number of programs gave error messages a .dll file was missing...Should've forked out the bucks for Casper!...

Only issue now is Activation...When it booted the first time after loading the .iso file, I entered my Key, and was told it was no good since it's an OEM rig from ASUS...From a couple of YouTube videos, I found a way to extend the one month three more times by editing slui.exe - and the other way is described here -

It works, but just got an error message from Windows that this version isn't Genuine...It said Windows Update won't work after time is up...I don't care if Update won't work anymore because I have all I need, with a month to get anything new...This drive is just for emergencies to boot from, and store stuff on...I learned a lot doing this...If I ever build a rig, I now know what I will need to do...
