In regard to the Arima case, a heavily redacted copy of the Dec 11 joint status report has been filed. The only point I picked up was that IDCC believes the case can be decided based on the filings already made, while Arima believes that an oral hearing may help the judge. That disagreement is probably the reason why the scheduling conference was cancelled, the judge first has to decide which way to go.
