Except that's not how the law works. Doesn't the CEO normally answer to the BoD? Shouldn't he have contacted the authorities when he became aware of all those felonies instead of "firing" his superiors and staying silent? What about his fiduciary duty to shareholders?

We both know none of this is ever going before a judge. That's what makes this board so entertaining!
