Absolutely wrong! Two points here. First is boot boys did sign non competes, already in the courts and is the the second basis of the counter. Second, the boot boys were reminded of their non compete agreement, terms and conditions in their termination letters.

End of discussion, case closed, nothing else to argue and boot boy lose!
