GARB put out tumbleweed PR's and insiders lined the ASK with billions. Its currently at NO BID. Another PSP Ventures / Penny Safari tout btw.

TECO is in far worse shape in my opinion. The SEC is involved now.

GARB, OPMG, TECO, CWRN should all get rung up.

The shareholders need some justice.
