My suggestion was to buy it very low perhaps .0001 and wait. Usually sooner or later the pps starts to move up. It happened with GARB. Made a lot of money. Same thing will happen with Treaty. There are many longs that follow TECO. Eventually it will pop. The sad truth it that it usually goes back down which is very common with penny stocks.
