Xena, What do see that would motivate Apple to come up with hundreds of millions of dollars to make everyone whole ? Who wants to sue Apple in a protracted litigation ? Does Apple truly care amount their image anymore ?

I believe Steve Jobs would have made this all going away already. But Tim Cook ????
