When I was reading the "decision" by the IDA... I could scarcely believe my eyes.

One expert witness vs. another... and, basically, ties goes to the SHORTER... ? Uhhh...

I mean, I realize that we're not talking a court of law.

But, remind me... should I, in my next life, want to run a hedge fund and prey upon small public companies and their investors via various mechanisms... MOVE TO CANADA.
