Summary

1. Nova has two main divisions: pharmaceuticals and microbials. They buy their microbials from Bioshield and and Bioshield farms out the manufacturing to a company called ITC in Cartersville Georgia.

2. Nova shares 50M outstanding, 22M issued, and 7.7M float.

3. As I stated earlier, Tim is working on filing the 211's and getting us back on the OTCBB. The 10Q will not be filed before that time.

4. I asked about the relationship between HNWS and Nova and she stated that HNWS is basically a shell of a company and there was a reverse acquisition happening. That is probably why the movement in the stock lately. Investors are guessing that they will get a decent exchange of Nova stock.

I'm still not sure I understand the relationship between HNWS and IBCL but I so know we own 4.4M shares of HNWS and that will translate into a bigger piece of Nova for IBCL.

I believe that was all I asked her.

Hope this helped.

Luck! We'll probably need a little.

By the way, I don't think Donk is that far off from his prediction.
