OPEC was a monster chart crusher, so much for my 1230 chart target on gold

lot's of moving parts from the Opec fallout

DOW chart looks ready to roll over with the chart & long upper wick candles
Dollar looks like it wants new highs

Will the Swiss gold bugs voter turnout be much larger than the opposition to win the 15% undecided spread? I wouldn't bet on it, but on the other hand, markets a good at throwing surprises.
