So which one is it? So Saleen is filing SEC Filings that is supposed to spell out the shape the company is in. But at the same time they are being dishonest about the shape the company is in....wait what?

They act like their financial troubles don't exists outside of the required SEC Fillings. That's both dishonest and cowardly.

Deleting the comments also stop their facebook subscribers to have a discussion about it which they clearly wanted to have.

Please how this company is acting like their troubles don't exist outside of the filings? Huh?

Don't a lot of company simply chose not to file at all to suppress information?
