I agree that it is better to be listed on bigger exchange than OTC.

While there are some downsides to moving to bigger exchange, there are more positives
- Better visibility
- Based on market cap - CTIX gets includes in indexes such as Russell 2000, micro-cap index, bio-tech index. There are many ETFs and MFs that mimic these indexes.
- Listing on higher exchange allows institutions to invest.
- Private financial advisers are reluctant to recommend OTC stocks (I have been talking to one of my FA friend on CTIX since it was 1.70 - while he liked it - he did not want to recommend as OTC stocks are considered more risky). Listing on higher exchange allows him to do that
- Typically analysts start covering stocks that are on the bigger exchanges and thus bringing more investor attention
- All this leads to higher volume which in turn can increase SP due to limited float (obviously supported by good results)
- I have some bio-techs in my portfolio that are not doing so well - but being on NYSE - their daily volume is way higher than CTIX

Also we do not need to go to NASDAQ - Recently one of my other biotech moved from OTC to NYSE and moved to NASDAQ after 4 months.

Leo is a smart person and he knows all about this - so my belief is - he is working on this and we should see some PR related to uplisting before year end.

My guess is - he will time B bottom line results, P results of FDA meeting and target date for uplisting by announcing BOD.
