Social Justice? Even the Chinese are beginning to address social justice as a question in their society. They seem to understand that you can't leave the majority of the people in need and have an elite class that leads a life of riches that even Midas would have been jealous of.
The foolishness of the Neo Conservative hype was that Iraq could pay for its development by means of the profits from oil. It is a socialist concept that they never in fact would endorse if they were not playing games. Yet they blame the South Americans for wanting to do the very same thing. Nationalizing the natural resources for the benefit of the 'people' is in all other cases socialism at its worst.
