that's what im saying..the company they are buying from is trying to accumulate shares and this is how theyre working the system..i call it smart..imo..think about it..there were not that many shares left and they wanted/needed more..now if it happened again; which it shouldn't, before acquisition news then ill be pissed, but this is just how it is..all imo..
