I was thinking that if the seaborne market is in a 110mt surplus per year that Vale, which does have ore and pellets start looking at America.

Maybe I'm wrong in this thought but Brazil is a lot closer to America than it is to China. Of course they couldn't use the mega ships they have going into China.
