hi duke,

i have said that wave should move to switzerland if it wants to brand itself as neutral. quite a few times.

if it remains us-resident, it might defray the obvious us sovereignty issue by hiring people who don't give the appearance by training and belief of being patriotic in a single country way . but instead it is heightening it.

wave might appeal to tcg's internationalism. as a global/26 country organisation, tcg adheres to certain principles, but nsa's involvement with tcg undermined the sense that it treats privacy interests as of equal importance with sovereign ones. so it provides less cover than it might have.

if wave goes down the road of patriotic certainty, then it will likely be a us government service provider. but i doubt its ability to be generally successful overseas. eg in such places as brazil and germany.

us enterprises are more in the balance.

hey, i am used to wave investors ignoring obstructions. it's normal for folks not to consider things that are inconvenient to their wishes. that's why the failures of ss were such a surprise to some people in spite of a torrent of posts explaining the issues.
