Boy, its kind of hard to convince you that he is unethical but I will try one last time.I think it would be unethical for him to make a statement about something and knowingly when he said it that it would be impossible to achieve.He has done this over and over and has caused great harm to all shareholders. I suggest that you look up the meaning of ethical behavior on one of the internets search engines.
