How could a piece of crap like 995ad.com be worth 140 million? The site hasn't even been maintained. Not long ago over on the HSM board, someone noticed a gag ad put up with the mug shot of Downs on it. Another poster said the ad had been up since Downs allowed free ads last fall. Another poster found ads on the site that were still advertising the Chevy employee discount that expired on Sept 15th.

995ad.com could be duplicated for less than 100K. It is a syndicate operation and gets no traffic. The IPO of 995ad is like the dividend. Have you received your dividend yet? It was promised last October and it is still not on the daily list as of today.
