I would make an investigative journal of what changed in your life when the symptoms came on. Such as any changes in meds including supplements since they are as powerful as meds. Were you traveling to anywhere or out in the woods, or in contact with any sick individuals or animals who have already been diagnosed or not, bitten by anything at all or showing signs of such, or changed your diet in any way, or consumed something from a different or unknown source, ate at any restaurant or home that is new, doing anything differently than normal. You must be your own CSI investigator, no one will do this for you so you must be procative.
