This is a good company but the 2.8 million in debt is going to destroy this unless someone restructures the debt. Based on how its looking now its going to cost at a bare minimum 4 million to do that based on the payoff rate. Of say we see low sub pennies and a reverse if these guys don't stop fighting each other to sell
