Thus the reason why Im selling my home. I see the bubble bursting in the home sector especially in the Southwest region. The same area that goes up the fastest goes down the fastest as well (correct me if im wrong). So Im selling for under the market value. I dont like this Ebola biz circulating around which I think will have an effect down the road when selling a home. What happens if the death toll gets to a thousand in the US? Certainly not positive for the economy. Thats only IF and its a black swan event. Doubtful, but who the hell knows. Plus Im in another country.
