Just the technicals give enough reason for the bounce.

NWBO at $5.00 is pretty key support, it also has round number psychological support built in. 5 dollar increments are even fiercer, for example $10 turned out to be fierce resistance.

it's no real surprise to see NWBO bouncing about, and re-testing at such a key level as NWBO is clearly in a correctionary pattern. The open question is whether the C wave has completed or not.

But then... that is my confirmation bias as I give weight to technical analysis. The chart looks pretty textbook to me.
