Don't know which one he is. 1st IR got busted by SEC for a bunch of things.
2nd IR got his probation extended with additional conditions.
One guy who was waving his hand "I'll do it" got busted for a fake PR he did over a year ago. He got a 30k fine and probation. I don't think he was Indian though. I think he was from Ann Arbor Mich and a Redwings fan.
The court pulled the rug out from under Mitch and sold his house about a month ago. Kind of feel sorry for him.

So I guess putting out PR's is not a real popular thing to do for this company and everyone will just have to put up with Bailey for awhile.
