I am waiting on District Judge Richard Sullivan's opinion relating to the JPMCB lien on LBHI collateral: $6.9B.

Nothing else matters until we read Judge Sullivan's opinion.


Pie is not going to fall out of the sky. We must go up into the clouds and get our share of the pie.

The Bankruptcy and District Judges know how we feel about our CTs. We have a docket and order in their databases with our data attached to the documents.

Our data is on file with Judge Sullivan as an order. I like how Judge Sullivan thinks based on his previous written data on the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy.

Summary judgement is due out for the $6.9B LBHI collateral held by JPMCB.

Everything is on the table, until we hear from Judge Sullivan.
